The team at the Embroidery Factory has outlined some production details below that may be helpful for more hands-on clients. While some clients have the working knowledge of the production process and are looking for details, this will undoubtedly be foreign to some. If you fall in the expert category, read on. GENERAL DETAILS AND RECOMMENDATION
All embroidered shirts are steamed, trimmed, and long folded as part of the production process at no additional cost.
All products that go unused after six months are recycled.
The Embroidery Factory houses over 50 heads of embroidery, using top of the line Tajima equipment.
The Embroidery Factory is dedicated to using top-of-the-line Madeira and Robinson thread. Thread sample cards are available by request.
Recommended font size: 1/4” high or larger. Lettering smaller than 1/4” may not be legible.
Maximum size for Caps: FRONT: 4.5”w x 2.25”h BACK: 4”w x 1.5”h.
Orders that are dropped shipped are counted and checked-in at no additional charge.
Thread color groups are charged by quantity.
While the Embroidery Factory aims for providing the most competitive rates in the market, hats and shirts cannot be combined for bulk discounting.
EMBROIDERY PRICING AND PRODUCTION
General Production Time: Standard production time is 5-10 days. Rush service is available upon request. Additional fees may apply.
Digitizing: Quoted upon request. Discounts are available for high volume accounts.
Keyboard programming: one-time setup fee of $10.
Individual folding and poly bagging: $0.50 ea.. Individual folding only with no polybag: $0.35 each.
Sorting and labeling available at additional charge – call for pricing
Folding and/or strapping blankets: $0.50 each
Unbagging individually bagged items: $0.15 per piece
Assembly & Reassembly of Jackets and Jacket Liners: $0.50 per jacket
Terms: All major credit cards are accepted. Contract jobs require full payment prior to shipping.
Spoilage: 2% (min. 1 piece) on customer supplied goods
Rugged Items such as Carhartt, FR gear, Bags, etc.: $0.50 each.
PERSONALIZATION
First Name with other embroidery: $4.00 ea.
Name alone: $5.00 ea.
Physician Name on 1 Line: $7.00 ea. Add $2.00 for each additional line for title, department, etc.
